This leading energy exploration company developed a range of policies and benefits enabling employees to balance their commitments at home and work. The brochure we designed explains the scheme and also provided a useful addition to the company’s recruitment literature.

In line with Amoco’s stated aim of making the company ‘a good place to work’, we used illustration rather than photography to create a more friendly, original and distinctive approach for this human resources literature.
